Provision of safety – the priority in the sphere of fundamental and applied research

The authors are the members of the working group for the analysis of risks and security issues under the RAS President. The article substantiates the necessity of transition to the new methodological framework and principles, which reduce the country’s strategic risks, ensure and enhance the safety of anthropogenic and naturalanthropogenic spheres of human life and society from negative processes and phenomena.
