Vladimir Ilyin and Jacques Sapir Were Elected Members of the Russian Academy of Sciences

October 24–28, 2016, the election to the Russian Academy of Sciences was held; as a result, the composition of the Academy has been significantly revised and expanded. It is noteworthy that two members of the Editorial Board of the journal “Economic and Social Changes: Facts, Trends, Forecast” were among the winners of the election. At the general meeting of the Social Sciences Department, Vladimir Aleksandrovich Ilyin was elected Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and Jacques Sapir – Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (both in the “Economics” field).
