In the article theoretical and methodological approaches to creation of the regional cluster
systems being the most adequate economic forms of management in market conditions and
also the modern mechanisms of increasing of competitiveness of the regional economy are
considered. Prerequisites and conditions of the creation of clusters are revealed, and also the
technology of the formation of clusters in the region is offered
